FOUNDATION IN ARTS (FIA)

INTAKE : JANUARY, MARCH, JULY

At Taylor’s University, our Foundation in Arts (FIA) programme helps prepare our students for an increasingly fulfilling career in the hospitality, culinary, tourism & events industry. After that, they will be taught industry-centric curriculum, have access to world-class facilities, participate in global learning experiences and gain international exposure and networking opportunities through Taylor’s University Faculty of Hospitality, Food & Leisure Management.

We understand that some students are still unsure about their career paths, hence our FIA is the base for various programmes at Taylor’s University. We offer elective subjects in mass communication, business, hospitality, tourism, culinary arts, architecture, quantity surveying, design, psychology and education.

To make education more immersive and accessible, we at Taylor’s University employ a variety of tools. Our learning tools like Taylor’s Integrated Moodle E-Learning System (TIMES), X-Space Collaborative Classroom, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), ReWIND Lecture Capture and Interactive Boards, create a well-rounded experience for students, differentiating us from other foundation programmes in Malaysia.
