CREDIT TRANSFER / ARTICULATIONS INTO TAYLOR'S UNIVERSITY

Taylor’s University has entered into a range of education partnered with a number of overseas institutions to offer a series of planned Articulation pathways. These planned pathways allow students to initially enrol in an institution in their home country and to then transfer into Taylor’s University to complete their studies.

Our Inbound Transfer and Articulation Partners:  
 
IIAS School of Management – Siliguri, India
 
 
Articulation Pathway:  
  • Students who have completed Year 2 Semester 4 of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management at IIAS can enter directly into Year 3 Semester 5 of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at Taylor's University.

    Requirements:
    Successful completion of Year 2 Semester 4 of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management at IIAS. A maximum of 78 credits will be granted for the modules within the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at Taylor’s University. IIAS students will need to complete another 42 credits in Taylor University.
 

 
 
Almaty Management University (ALMAU), Kazakhstan
 
 
Articulation Pathway:  
  • Students at ALMAU who have completed the BA in Finance can enter directly into Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business (Honours) Finance and Economics degree offered at Taylor's University.

    Requirements:
    Successful completion of the ALMAU’s BA in Finance with a Cumulative Grade Point average of 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent. Credit will only be awarded for modules with a Grade Point Average of 2.00 and above.

    A maximum of 28 credits will be granted for the modules of the Bachelor of Business (Honours) Finance and Economics degree at Taylor’s University and student needs to complete another 83 credits in Taylor’s University.
 

 
 
Ton Duc Thang University
 
 
Articulation Pathway:  
  • Students who have completed Year 2 Semester 5 of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management at Ton Duc Thang University can enter into Year 2 Semester 4 of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at Taylor's University.

    Requirements:
    Successful completion of Year 2 Semester 5 of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management at Ton Duc Thang University. A maximum of 64 credits will be granted for the modules within the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at Taylor’s University. At Taylor University, TDTU students will need to complete the 8-credit Technical Pre-Requisite (Kitchen Operation 1 & Kitchen Operation 2) followed by another 56 credits in semesters 4 to 6.
 


 
 
College Of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), Pakistan
 
 
Articulation Pathway:  
  • Students who have completed the COTHM Higher Diploma in Hotel Management can enter directly into the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at TU with advanced standing/credit.

    Requirements:
    Successful completion of the COTHM Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent. Credit will only be awarded for modules with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00 and above.

    COTHM Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management graduates will be granted a maximum of 39 credits to be transferred within the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) degree at Taylor’s University. Students will complete the remaining 81 credits of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (Hons) during their studies at Taylor University.
