Testimonials

Inbound Global Mobility (Internship Programme)

Ms. Haruka Ogawa
Country of Origin: Japan Doshisha University

"I have learnt a lot of things and this experience will surely help me not only in the support and organization of other International events or conferences, such as APSSA conference 2014, of which my home university will be the host, but also to try new things in the future. I would like to thank the kind staffs and friendly local students who made my internship experience brilliant through vast opportunity to know various local things in Malaysia. It is for sure that this internship will be a great experience for all students who are keen on international relationships."

Inbound Global Mobility (Summer Programme)

Ms. Park Hyun-Sin
Country of Origin: Korea Hansung University

"Ms. Norsafizar bt Mohd Noor (Ms. Sophie) inspired me to be someone who stands out. On the first day of her class, she said that “Everyone is “same enough”. Why do you want to be the “same” as everyone else? Strive to become someone special”. I have learnt how to do presentations well and to become a good-natured woman. I’ve also learnt how to get along with others, especially those from a different culture and nationality from myself. If I had not joined this four weeks English language course, I would not have grown as I have now. "

Inbound Global Mobility (Research Internship Programme)

Ms. Claire Gorski
Country of Origin: France (Agro Quest Campus)

"It is very pleasant to live here but not only as a tourist. I get the opportunity to learn every aspect of the life in this country, both good and bad. I learned a lot from the experience of travelling to a undeveloped province in Malaysia. The culture and lifestyle is very impressive.

I am very lucky to have a good supervisor as my mentor for my internship in Malaysia. She shares with me the technique and the skills as a researcher. I even had the chance to follow her to a research field trip!

By participating in this program, I realised that I am falling in love with Asian countries. I guess I could live abroad for a few more years in the future if I am able to get the kind of job which I aimed for. "
