She specializes in coaching people to apply easy techniques for managing stress and anxiety, elevating their mood and vitality, and creating a more balanced-life style. She's studied mindfulness in the UK, Australia, Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia and blends eastern wisdom with neuroscience and psychology to empower change.
