Muhammad Bilal has recently began the treacherous journey as an international PhD Student. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Gani from the School of Computing and IT, who is known for Switched Networks, Soft Computing, Routers Technology, Soft Computing, Middleware Technology, Mobile Computing and Mobile Network Technologies, will supervise him. Muhammad’s current research: Profiling Using Social Network Analysis offers a wide range of benefit to the industry. There are different aspects of profiling: medical profiling, industry profiling, social profiling and much more that can cater to the different industry. With social media analysis, he will be able to compute or predict the behavioral pattern of the individuals based upon the profiles created.

From this analysis, he is able to characterize networked structures in nodes or links that connect the relationships or interactions from the individuals, group of people or things within the network. The social structures is visualized through social network analysis which includes, social media networks , memes spread, friendship and acquaintance networks, kindship and so forth. Social network analysis has emerged to be a key technique in modern sociology. Everything we do online has become an open book for everyone to read and predict our next move, behavior and even thought.
