Dr Feranita is a Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s Business School. Coming from a family business background, and a certified professional coach, she is also actively involved in business. She is the founder and leader of Family Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Centre at Taylor's University. Her research centers around family business, entrepreneurship, innovation, and university-industry collaboration, particularly using qualitative research method.
