ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Coursework Mode

  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 2.50 or equivalent
  • All Bachelor's degree with a 2.00 CGPA < 2.50, recognised by the Malaysian or National Government, AND a minimum of 5 years related work experience


Mixed Mode

  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 2.75
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree between CGPA 2.50 to 2.75 can be accepted, subject to undertaking a written communication assessment and passing two pre-requisite modules – Introduction to Mass Communication and Communication Theory
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 2.50, and work experience of a minimum of 5 years in relevant/related field can be accepted.


International Students

  • IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 600 (May join IEN preparatory course and achieve the IELTS score)

The following criteria shall apply for working adults applying for Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL):For working adults applying for APEL:

a) All applicants are subjected to appropriate APEL assessments conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
b) The APEL provision is only to be applied to Malaysian nationals
