Center For Research and Innovation in Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies.

The Centre for Research and Innovation in Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies (CRiT) actively facilitates multidisciplinary projects that combine the wide scope of social science with hospitality, tourism and culinary arts.

At our institution, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing our global reputation for quality learning, research, and knowledge transfer. By doing so, we create extensive opportunities for international research partnerships and increase our capacity to secure research funding. These efforts attract exceptional minds for learning, research, and the development of commercial activities, resulting in a rich body of knowledge that advances the hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts industries.

To ensure our faculty members and programs remain aligned with global issues and industry standards, we have established professional collaborations with esteemed international organizations. Our programs are recognized by prestigious entities such as the International Centre of Excellence in Tourist and Hospitality Education (ICE), Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Research Chef Association (RCA), and the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education.
