This programme is Asia's pioneering degree in Social Innovation and Change which combines the finest university learning with a stamp of industrial experience. The 3-year programme merges 2 years of on-campus learning and 1 final year of on-site work-based learning. The first two years on-campus setting will be taught by top Social Innovation and Change scholars and national leaders.
They aim to instill leadership skills, prepare the students to understand social issues, and allow them to learn the theories and practices of Social Innovation & Change to solve contemporary social problems and create lasting social change. In the final year of study, students will be introduced to social industry practices, exposed to contemporary issues in their area of specialisation, and will manage & lead real-life projects under the guidance & supervision of industry coaches and university lecturers.

The Complementary Studies component provides student the flexibility to study modules in a related or unrelated field from the same or different school to complement the Primary Major. It may be completed in a form of free electives, an extension, minors or a second major that typically requires at least one (1) semester of student learning time.
