Our Bachelor of Pharmacy programme offer you an opportunity to delve into a wide range of subjects, including pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacy practice. Through rigorous coursework and practical experiences, you will develop a deep understanding of the principles and practices that underpin the field of pharmacy.

 

We understand the significance of effective communication in the healthcare profession. In this programme, we places a strong emphasis on developing your communication skills. Through interactive learning experiences, you will learn how to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

The degree in Pharmacy course is designed to equip you with comprehensive knowledge in the pharmaceutical sciences, focusing on four main areas: Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Delivery, and Pharmacy Practice.

Flexible Education

Flexible Education

The Flexible Education component offers students the flexibility to explore modules in a related or unrelated field, enhancing and complementing their primary major. This component allows students to broaden their knowledge and skills by selecting modules from the same or different schools within the university.

 

Flexible Education can take various forms, including free electives, extensions, minors, or even a second major. These options provide students with the opportunity to delve deeper into a specific area of interest or broaden their understanding by exploring a different field of study.

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

A pass in SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 5Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and another subject.

 

The SPM requirements will only be applicable to: Diploma in Science / Pharmacy / Matriculation in Science / Pre-Medical studies or Pre-Pharmacy / Foundation in Science

 

All Malaysian students are required to attain a Pass in Bahasa Melayu and English in SPM / O-Level / UEC / IGCSE or equivalent

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)

Pass with min. B4 in 5 subjects: Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, Mathematics and Additional Mathematics/ any other subject
