Vincent Kok is a pioneer in Malaysia's digital industry. He transitioned from what was then Apple Malaysia's marketing department to become the first registered Google Advertising Professional in the country. In 2004, he started  charkueyteow.com, a food blog that would eventually lead him down an entrepreneurship journey, though he did not know it at that time.

 

In 2014, he founded VMO, streamlining event venue bookings. He later co-founded eatcosys which has subsequently become Incite Innovations, empowering F&B and retail entrepreneurs. His journey earned him recognition in Malaysia's Digerati50 list in 2018, solidifying his role as a digital industry leader.

 

He nows spend part of his time giving back to the community that has enriced his life, the start-up community. Vincent Kok is a coach and mentor to start-ups and he also conducts training on the entrepreneur mindset to corporations

Convinced that cooking was his calling, Chef Chua started out as a trainee chef at Swissôtel the Stamford in 2003 and has never looked back since. Dedicated and hardworking, Chef Chua worked his way up to Equinox Restaurant before joining Unilever.

 

Chef Chua has demonstrated his culinary prowess at many culinary competitions as a member of the national team, winning awards such as the gold medal and first runner up at the MLA Blackbox Global Final at Dubai 2008, gold medal and first runner up for the gourmet team challenge at HOFEX 2009 and he was also a core member of the Singapore national culinary team, who returned home victorious having clinched two gold medals at the Culinary World Cup 2010 in Luxembourg.

 

He has participated in numerous culinary competitions both locally and internationally representing Singapore and most recent won the gold medal and overall champion for the restaurant of the nation category in Food Fair-Korea 2012. Besides a passion for food, Chef Chua is also an avid reader and traveler.

Mark then moved on to a pan-Asia role growing Vistaprint’s businesses across the region, serving on the corporate executive committee and on the boards of multiple subsidiaries. He became the chief digital officer for Aegon Asia in 2014, leading digital transformations, incubating new fintech businesses and investing in early stage insuretech ventures.

 

As the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia matured, Mark shifted his focus to helping young companies with strong sustainability missions grow.
