FLAME (First-Year Learning and Mentoring) is Taylor’s signature mentoring programme developed by Taylor’s Centre for Future Learning, to assist newly enrolled First-Year students to settle into University & College life and study, gearing them towards achieving their personal learning goals.
The programme will be centred around a holistic approach focusing on safe space creation for mentors and mentees to have meaningful conversations while navigating through transitional challenges in their academics and beyond.
This echoes Taylor’s believe in a supportive, intentional relationship based on mutual trust, respect, and accountability to assist newly enrolled students to effectively transition into university and college life.
