Whether you're eligible for a refund depends on when you submit your withdrawal application. Submitting early in the semester increases the likelihood of receiving a refund, while late applications may result in forfeiture of fees already paid. Refunds are typically only processed after all required steps (e.g., form submission, clearance, and approvals) are completed.
If you are an international student, you are required to consult the International Office (IO) for advice on Visa cancellation before submitting the withdrawal form to Campus Central. If you fail to do a proper cancellation before you leave Malaysia, there will be no refund to your International Security Deposit, and you may have difficulty entering Malaysia in the future.
Taylor’s will issue any applicable refund under the name of the parent / guardian / sponsor / student as declared in the application form.
