Believing in excelling beyond education, the institution encourages students to explore their passion, collaborate with like-minded individuals and develop their skills beyond the classroom. One such student who embodies this vision is Kishendran Annamalai, a final year Bachelor of Computer Science student who founded TaskPhase – an AI time management application.
According to Kishendran, the idea behind the development of this application was to understand and simplify group assignment management, and the personal time of students effectively.
“As a student myself, I can relate to the challenges students face in juggling team projects, assignments, and personal commitments. This firsthand understanding fuels my conviction that TaskPhase is not just useful, but essential for any student seeking to balance their academic and personal life,” shared Kishendran.
In its initial stages of development, TaskPhase was mentored by Taylor's startup incubator, BizPod, which incorporates a startup collaborative culture. Here, students are mentored to deliver exciting consumer-facing digital innovations.
