Reprints of certificates and academic transcripts are only available for programmes awarded by Taylor's.

 

If your graduation certificate has been lost or damaged, you may request a reprint. Please note that only one official printed certificate will be issued and held at any given time. However, you may request multiple copies of your academic transcript as needed.

 

Graduation certificates and academic transcripts are issued based on the name registered in our official graduation records. If you have changed your legal name after graduating from Taylor’s, please note that name changes on the certificate and academic transcript are not allowed. If you request a reprint, the certificate will reflect your name as recorded.

Expected Processing Time

You will first need to download and complete the application form: Application for Reprint of Certificate. Once this is completed, prepare the following documents according to your situation:

Please note that all documents must be submitted in English or Bahasa Malaysia. If your documents are in other languages, certified translations must be provided. Your request will be processed only after all required documents have been received and verified.

Original Statutory Declaration

This is to confirm that your certificate is no longer in your possession.

Original Police Report

Serves as the official proof that the certificate has been reported lost.

Please note that your request can only be processed once both documents have been received and verified.

You must return the original certificate, as it is a required part of the reprint process.

Once your documents are ready, follow these steps to complete the payment process:

Pay the reprint fee

RM100, with an additional 6% SST for international students (one-time reprint only*)

Attach payment receipt to your application

Attach the payment receipt to your application, or email it to us.

Include these details in your email

Full name, Student ID and purpose of the payment in the message.

*Note: Only one (1) certificate reprint is allowed. The new certificate will include the phrase: “This is a reprint of the original certificate.” A courier fee applies if you request for delivery. Please enquire within.

Reprint of certificate

Usually processed within five (5) working days.

The certificate must be collected within one month from the date of issue. Certificates not collected within this period will be securely destroyed.

Through External Form

If you have completed your studies in the past 365 days and no longer have portal access, submit your request through the external forms below.

*ADP - American Degree Transfer Program

The cost per copy depends on your programme.

For ADP* students

RM5 per copy, with an additional 6% SST for international students

For non-ADP* students

RM20 per copy, with an additional 6% SST for international students
