This programme is carefully designed and curated by Professor Dr. Ong Kian Ming, a former two-term Member of Parliament (MP) and Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI), Malaysia. Drawing from his extensive experience as an economist, political scientist, management consultant, and policy maker, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the curriculum. Flexible Education

Flexible Education

The Flexible Education component offers students the flexibility to explore modules in a related or unrelated field, enhancing and complementing their primary major. This component allows students to broaden their knowledge and skills by selecting modules from the same or different schools within the university.

 

Flexible Education can take various forms, including free electives, extensions, minors, or even a second major. These options provide students with the opportunity to delve deeper into a specific area of interest or broaden their understanding by exploring a different field of study.

Students may consider taking up to 12 credits (3 modules) for credit transfer towards the Integrated Bachelor-Master Programme (IBMP). Some master's programmes may require bridging modules for applicants without degrees in related fields. For further details, please consult our education counsellors.
