Tourism Innovation Lab #1 employs airline reservation Global Distribution System through our Industry partnership with world class organization such as Galileo International. Galileo’s Travelport software used in our laboratory learning of airline reservation systems and travel revenue management allows students’ to learn the business management of a travel company. While, Tourism Innovation Lab #2 simulates a destination management system to role-playing in discipline-focused, entrepreneurial case studies related to tour planning and management of destinations with focus on sustainability, heritage, social and cultural impacts of tourism globally.
