In line with Malaysia’s vision to advance from a production-based economy to a knowledge-intensive one, Taylor’s University initiated the pioneering Camp of Leaders mentoring programme. This exclusive by-invite programme supports selected Taylor’s University students or alumni innovating impactful business and social projects to solve Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which address communities’ needs and quality of life.

In our Taylor'sphere our learning ecosystem and community, we strongly believe in the value of mentorship. These mentoring sessions with industry giants act as a catalyst to inspire perspectives, facilitate connections and essentially open doors to the success of these projects, by sharpening the students and alumni’s vision and resilience.

Camp of Leaders along with other Taylor’s initiatives such as work-based learning partnerships and the BizPod incubator demonstrate Taylor’s standing as the preferred choice of industry leaders.

Shaping the next generation of young entrepreneurs and empowering youths today to be game-changers for the future

An exclusive opportunity to be mentored by industry giants, who teach, inspire and share their unique experiences

A strong sense of connection and collaboration that brings new ideas to communities, nations, and the world

What is the objective of Camp of Leaders?

The exclusive Camp of Leaders mentoring programme supports Taylor’s University students or alumni innovating business and social projects to solve Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The programme is part of Taylor’s commitment to building strong industry linkages through degrees integrating work-based learning, our BizPod business incubator programme, and more.  It also showcases Taylor’s standing as the preferred choice of industry leaders.

How can I join the Camp of Leaders? Do I have to be a Taylor's student?

Participation in the Camp of Leaders programme is by-invite only for Taylor's students and alumni. If you are interested to submit your projects to join the programme, kindly reach out to us by filling in this form.

How are mentors and mentees matched?

Mentees and their projects will fall into either of two categories – Ignite 10, which focuses on projects that will develop into start-ups and businesses, and Social 10, which focuses on projects that lead to social and environmental impact. Mentors are matched based on their sphere of expertise and interest.

How can I become a Camp of Leaders mentor?
