Our Bachelor of Quantity Surveying programme offers a recognised qualification and serves as a stepping stone towards becoming a Registered Quantity Surveyor—a pivotal role within the construction industry.

 

By enrolling in this programme, you will automatically become a member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), a widely recognised professional body. This affiliation not only validates your expertise but also provides you with access to a vast network spanning over 140 countries through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, our programme is accredited by the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS), further enhancing its credibility and value.

Flexible Education

The Flexible Education component offers students the flexibility to explore modules in a related or unrelated field, enhancing and complementing their primary major. A pass in SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5 credits, including Mathematics, for students from Foundation programmes

 

A pass in SPM/O-Level or equivalent with 3 credits including Mathematics for students from Pre-U (CPU, STPM, UEC, IB or equivalent from other institutions) and Diploma qualifications.

A Pass in Mathematics at a higher level can be used to replace the prerequisite Credit in Mathematics in SPM/O-Level/or equivalent
