With limited seats available each intake, the curriculum combines rigorous theoretical study with practical exposure across contract law, criminal law, property law, and constitutional law.

Pass SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 5 credits (including English) for entry with pre-university / foundation qualification (Except for UEC)

Pass SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 3 credits (including English) for entry with Diploma qualification.

Students who wish to pursue the CLP Examinations, will be required to show 5 credits in SPM/ equivalent in one (1) sitting, prior to joining the programme

For entry with UEC, the SPM prerequisites of 5 credits in one (1) sitting (prior to joining the programme), must be satisfied for students’ who wish to sit for CLP Exam. Candidates without a Grade ‘B’ in UEC English may be admitted if the candidate has a credit in English at SPM or equivalent
