The degree in Pharmacy course is designed to equip you with comprehensive knowledge in the pharmaceutical sciences, focusing on four main areas: Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Delivery, and Pharmacy Practice.

This component aims to develop critical thinking, build up social intelligence and cultivate civic responsibility as well as broaden cultural knowledge. These consist of compulsory and nationally-mandated study modules required by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.

The Flexible Education component offers students the flexibility to explore modules in a related or unrelated field, enhancing and complementing their primary major. This component allows students to broaden their knowledge and skills by selecting modules from the same or different schools within the university.

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
(i) A pass in SPM / O-Level or equivalent with 5Bs each in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and another subject.
The SPM requirements will only be applicable to: Pre-Medical studies or Pre-Pharmacy / Foundation in Science.
(ii) A pass in SPM with 2Bs each in Chemistry, Biology / Physics / Maths and credits in 3 other subjects including English; or
A pass in O-Level with 2Bs each in Chemistry, Biology / Physics / Maths and credits in 3 other subjects.
The above requirements will only be applicable to Diploma in Health Science / Pharmacy.
