Living Evidence for Impact in the Community 2025 Conference

We invite all interested participants to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the ICON MEGOPIC Conference 2025. Presentations may be done individually or as a group. If submitting as a group, only one member should submit the abstract and complete the registration. Please ensure all group members are listed in the submission email and registration form.

Presentation Duration

  • Total: 10 minutes (8 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A) for both site and online attendees.
    - 8 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for Q&A
  • Each presenter (individual or group) will be allocated 10 minutes:
    • Presentations may be delivered in person or online (live or pre-recorded)
    • All group members are encouraged to participate during the session (for group submissions)
  • Please prepare the pre-recorded video presentation
  • Please name your file as: Slides.YourName.Country

Undergraduate Category – Group Presentations

  • Maximum 4 presenters per group.
  • 8 minutes presentation time may be divided among members.
  • Any member may answer questions from the judges.
  • Note: Group presentations are not allowed for the postgraduate category.

For Online Presenters – Pre-recording Video

  • All online oral presenters must submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation 
  • Pre-record an 8-minute presentation 
  • We recommend using the free Screencast-O-Matic (ScreenPal) application to record your presentation video. The free version allows recordings of up to 15 minutes.
  • please save it in your google drive and submit via email to taylors.conference.dhma@gmail.com by 25 August 2025.

Attendance Requirement

  • All presenters (online and in-person) must be present during their allotted schedule.
  • Online presenters will join via Zoom during playback of their pre-recorded video for the live Q&A session.
  • Failure to attend Q&A will be considered a no-show, and the entry will not be included in the competition.

  • Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx)
  • Slide size: 16:9 widescreen
  • Recommended limit: 10 content slides (excluding title and acknowledgments)
