Effective 1 July 2025, a 6% Service Tax will be imposed on non-Malaysian citizens, applicable to all fees and charges, except International Security Deposit and EMGS application fees. Note:
Students without a Bachelor's Degree in Law are required to take and pass the bridging module (Legal Methods and Malaysian Legal System) before proceeding to modules offered in Year 1, 2 and 3.
The bridging module is a 4 credit module with a duration of 8 weeks of study and assessment.
The following criteria shall apply for working adults applying for Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL):
IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 60 (Internet Based Test) (May join IEN preparatory course and achieve the IELTS score). The validity of the IELTS or equivalent is within 2 years from the date of the examination.
