This programme is for individuals seeking a versatile postgraduate qualification from a QS-ranked World Top 20 university for Hospitality & Leisure Management, which unlocks opportunities in various disciplines from hotel, events and catering management to business development, entrepreneurship, marketing & PR, finance, digital transformation and more.

Fulfilling one of the requirements listed below:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (Tier 1)
    A Bachelor's degree in the field or related fields with a CGPA ≥ 2.50, recognised by the Malaysian Government; OR

  2. Bachelor's Degree (Tier 2)
    Bachelor's degree in the field or related fields with a 2.00 ≤ CGPA < 2.50, recognized by the Malaysian or National Government, AND a minimum of 5 years related working experience; OR

  3. Postgraduate Diploma
    Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in same field recognised by Malaysian Government; OR

  4. Other equivalent qualification
    Any other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
    Application via APEL A is allowed.

*Students without a qualification in the related field but with relevant working experience requires to fulfil the following conditions:

a) CGPA above 2.50 must have at least one (1) year of relevant working experience; or

b) CGPA 2.00 to 2.50 must have at least five (5) years of relevant working experience;

In addition, students will need to undergo a rigorous internal assessment

 

For International Students:

IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 60 (Internet Based Test) (May join IEN preparatory course and achieve the IELTS score)

Yes, however, a bridging module is required for students who are not from a degree in the relevant field. If you require additional information, use the chat function and our education counsellor will assist you.

The programme term is 8 weeks long, including 1 week of induction to be briefed on the module you are about to take, 6 learning weeks and 1 week for the preparation of the final assessment and a summary of the learning throughout the module.

Students are assessed through the completion of several assignments. A module commonly includes three assessments that can be completed at home and uploaded on the learning platform by the submission date.
