Taylor’s Pay is an online payment service available at the Taylor's Campus Central Portal and Taylor’s Mobile App (Google | Apple). The service allows you to make real-time payments for your fees through integration with iPay88 to enable secure and fast payment processing, coupled with immediate notifications via email.

Step 1: Payee Registration (one-off, first time users only)

  1. Select "Dashboard"
  2. Click "Pay/Pay Bills"
  3. Click "Add a new Bill Payment Payee". Select "Taylor's University Sdn Bhd (Lakeside Campus)"
  4. Insert details as per sample below:
    • Bill account number : Tuition Fees
    • Short name : Student name
    • Channel usage : Internet Banking ONLY
    • Student Name : Student name
    • Student ID : 0312345
    • Student Contact No : 0121234567
    • Student IC/Passport : 900101-10-1234
  5. Enter OTP (6 DIGIT number). Click "Confirm New Payee Details"
  6. Screen will prompt "Payee Has Been Successfully Added"
  7. Another SMS will be sent to your registered mobile as a post notification that you have added a bill payment payee on Internet Banking.

 

Step 2: To make payment

  1. Return to "Pay/Pay Bills"
  2. From registered payee list, Select "Taylor's University Sdn Bhd (Lakeside  Campus)" to "Pay a Bill"
  3. Select account option. Insert amount and description (Example: Tuition Fee Semester 1)
  4. Click "Next". Review all details and click "Confirm"
  5. An acknowledgement "The payment has been submitted for processing successfully" and a receipt number will be displayed for your reference.

New Biller

  1. Select "Pay and Transfer". Choose an account "Saving/Current/Credit Card"
  2. Select an option "New payment to a biller". Select "HSBC Biller".
  3. Search “Taylors University Lakeside Campus”.
  4. Insert required details.
  5. Biller Reference: “00312345/ADAM”
  6. (Student's ID must be 8 digits. If it is less than 8, add zeros in front)
  7. Generate “Security Code” enter the transaction verification number on your device with the last 4 digits (numbers only) of Ref-1/Biller reference. Followed by transfer amount including cent.
  8. (eg: Biller reference: 000312345/ADAM, amount RM245.00 key in, 012324500)
  9. Enter the 6-digit security code shown on your Mobile Secure Key.

 

Step 2: To Make Payment

  1. Click "Pay a biller you’ve paid before"
  2. Select "Pay To". Select "Taylor's University (Lakeside Campus)"
  3. Insert details as per sample below
    • Amount: 5000
    • Date & frequency: "Pay Now"
    • Details: Tuition Fee / Hostel
  4. Screen will prompt "Pay a Bill-Review Details". Click "Confirm"
  5. An acknowledgement screen will be displayed.

Taylor’s University is an approved institution for the KWSP / EPF "e-Pengeluaran for Education" scheme, facilitating the payment of fees. Under this arrangement,  members of KWSP/EPF who wish to withdraw funds for educational purposes may submit your applications online through your "i-akaun". The verification process with Taylor’s University will be conducted online, and the funds will be directly credited from KWSP to Taylor's University.

 

Further details are available on KWSP official website. We have also prepared a step-by-step user guide to assist you through the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

1. Crossed Cheque, payable to "TAYLOR’S UNIVERSITY SDN BHD". The cheque can be dropped off at the following locations:

  • Drive thru Cheque Drop-Off Box: 24 Hours Security Room, Block B
  • Cheque Drop-off Box: Payment Counter, Block A, Level 1

 

Note: Please write the student's name, student ID number, NRIC / Passport number, contact number and programme on the reverse side of the Cheque.

 

 

2. Payment by credit card on-site at Payment Counter.

  • For international students who have no access to any of the above payment options, kindly email to finance.lakeside@taylors.edu.my to obtain banking details for Telegraphic Transfer purpose.

Additional Information

Please Note:

  • Strictly no cash payment will be allowed for invoice value above RM500, with the exception of enrolment fees.
  • Additional fees may be incurred to meet academic/Ministry of Education of Malaysia requirements (Bahasa Kebangsaan A is compulsory for Malaysians without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu).
  • All fees are payable in advance. Full settlement of first semester fees is required upon enrolment. For subsequent semesters, full settlement of fees must be made on or before the commencement of that semester.
  • The enrolment fee is strictly non-refundable except in the event student cannot be accepted due to non-fulfilment of minimum entry requirements (this does not include provisional/conditional offer). Students who withdraw on their own accord will be liable to pay an administrative fee. EMGS Visa Application Fee may vary according to the duration of the programme. Please refer to the appendix.
  • Refund of fees are subject to Taylor's fee policy. An administrative fee will be chargeable for approved refunds.
  • For International Students: Tuition fees payable are in Ringgit Malaysia. The estimated exchange rate: USD1.00 = RM4.00. Any shortfall arising from foreign exchange currency transactions to Ringgit Malaysia and bank charges will be borne by the student while any surplus will be reflected as excess payment.
