For students who seek to craft exceptional guest experiences, our Diploma in Hotel Management programme, known for its quality education, offers this transformative journey. This programme provides you with comprehensive technical knowledge and operational skills that are relevant and valued by the hospitality industry. Due to the high demand, early application is strongly recommended.

 

Throughout your studies, you will gain a solid foundation in various aspects of hotel management, including front office operations, food and beverage management, housekeeping, event management, and customer service. Our curriculum is carefully crafted to provide you with a well-rounded education that covers both theoretical concepts and practical training.

This component aims to develop critical thinking, build up social intelligence and cultivate civic responsibility as well as broaden cultural knowledge. These consist of compulsory and nationally-mandated study modules required by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.
