The 9th International Conference on Recent Advances and Innovations in Engineering (ICRAIE 2025 – IEEE Record 65839) aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research findings across all areas of recent technological advancements geared towards a sustainable and automated future in engineering. It also serves as a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the latest innovations, emerging trends, pressing challenges, and practical solutions within the field of recent advances and innovations in engineering.

 

The 9th ICRAIE 2025 will be hosted by Taylor’s University, Malaysia, in collaboration with Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Malaysia Chapter (Technical Sponsor). The conference will take place from 23 to 24 August 2025 at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


The conference theme is 'Advanced Technologies for a Sustainable and Automated Future.'

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to maximum 6 pages (A4 size), in the form of PDF file to the conference electronically through the submission link. However, if the number of pages exceeds the limit, the author will need to pay an additional USD 50 per page at the time of registration. 
  • Each paper must be original and unpublished work, has not been submitted for other publication elsewhere.
  • Authors should ensure that the similarity in the paper as per Turnitin / authenticate software is not more than 25%. The papers submitted with a similarity above 25% shall not be processed for review. 
  • All papers submitted must follow the IEEE Conference format which can be downloaded via the following link.
  • A peer-review process will be used to evaluate all the eligible papers submitted for consideration.

  • All registrations will be done through specific track email IDs given on the registration page. 
  • The payment (local and international presenters) has to be made to the conference account prior to registration. 
  • For IEEE members, it would be necessary to submit IEEE membership ID. For student authors, submit the scanned copy of your student identification card.

Publication

  • All accepted and presented paper will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and indexed by Scopus, once they meet the requirements of an IEEE quality review.
  • All previous proceedings of ICRAIE are indexed in Scopus.

  • Take into account the suggestions and corrections highlighted by the reviewers.
  • The length of the final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.

  • Please use the given template either in Word or Latex and do not use any other template. Failure to do so may result in your paper exclusion from IEEE Xplore.

Details of the registration fees:

  • 8% government Sales and Service Tax will be added to the invoice
  • Additional pages USD50 per page
  • Only one additional paper will be given a 50% discount for the same registering and presenting author.
  • Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
  • The registration fee does not include: Accommodation, visa application fee, and transportation fare.
  • At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
