Steps to join the campaign

  1. Offer is valid from 13 October 2025 (12:00 AM) - 13 December April 2025 (11:59 PM).
  2. Offer is valid to 12-month GrabUnlimited membership only.
  3. Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per user per device throughout the campaign period.
  4. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
  5. This offer is applicable to purchase made through Grab app using GrabPay Wallet, linked GX Account or eligible credit cards / debit cards (*Note: AMEX cards and Cash is not available).
  6. If you are currently in a 12-month or 6-month GrabUnlimited membership, this offer will only take effect at the new membership cycle.
  7. If your current payment method is unavailable for the renewal of the plan, we will deduct the amount from another linked card you have on the app.
  8. The membership, rewards and benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  9. Reward points will not be awarded for the purchase of a GrabUnlimited membership.
  10. Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
