Malaysia is on the path to becoming an aged nation by 2030, and the way we prepare for that future starts with community. The Active Ageing Festival 2026 is a free public event hosted by Taylor's University's Active Ageing Impact Lab, bringing together seniors, families, caregivers, students, and the general public for a day of learning, connection, and shared action around ageing well.

Under the theme 'Longevity with Purpose', this year's festival expands its reach to include businesses and organisations, reflecting the belief that building an age-inclusive society is a collective responsibility. The day features workshops, talks, interactive activities, health screenings, and community booths — all designed to be practical, accessible, and engaging for all ages.

Whether you are an older adult, a caregiver, a student, or simply curious about what ageing well looks like, the Active Ageing Festival 2026 offers something for everyone.
