What if taking care of your mental wellbeing could feel less like a workshop and more like a day out?
Step into Mental Health Playground 2026, Taylor's Annual Mental Wellness Campaign, and discover a space where you can laugh, move, create, play and simply take a moment for yourself.
Make yourself at home at the Bliss Spot, where you can unwind, share a conversation and meet new people. Get moving at the Energy Zone with yoga, movement challenges and a bouncy castle. Let your creativity take over at the Creation Corner, where you can paint, make something with your hands and see your work come together in a mini exhibition. Then head to the Discovery Hub to rediscover the simple joy of childhood games like Batu Seremban and congkak, alongside stalls you can explore at your own pace.
There's no right way to experience the Playground. Come for the activities, stay for the people, try something you've never done before or just take a break from your day.
Meet new people, catch up with coursemates or simply enjoy a good conversation while taking part in activities together. Sometimes, the easiest way to connect is when you're having fun.
Got a competitive side? Take on challenges across the different zones, collect your wins and stand a chance to take home some prizes along the way.
Get inspired at the Creation Corner exhibition, explore hands-on activities at the Discovery Hub and give yourself the space to try something new.
Let loose with a bouncy castle, rediscover traditional games and enjoy moments of pure play. Sometimes, a little fun is all you need to take your mind off a busy day.
There are door gifts and giveaways waiting for you across the three-day campaign, so you can leave with more than just good memories.
Forget the seminar room. Mental Health Playground brings wellbeing to life through play, creativity, movement and connection, giving you a chance to discover what helps you feel good in your own way.
