Taylor's University has once again cemented its status as a global leader in higher education, achieving outstanding results in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025.
The university has maintained its Top 20 global ranking for Hospitality & Leisure Management for the seventh consecutive year, reaffirming its position as the top institution in Malaysia and Southeast Asia for this subject.
“These rankings reaffirm Taylor’s University’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student success. With 3 broad subjects’ areas and 17 narrow subjects ranked globally, we continue to set new benchmarks in higher education. Our strong industry partnerships, research collaborations, and world-class learning experiences equip students with the global competencies needed to thrive in an interconnected world,” said Professor Barry Winn, Vice-Chancellor and President of Taylor’s University.
In a historic milestone, Taylor’s University has also secured a Top 50 global ranking for History of Art (narrow subject), making it the only Malaysian university ranked in this subject. Additionally, the institution continues to excel globally, with Art & Design, Data Science & AI, and Marketing securing their positions in the World’s Top 100, further solidifying Taylor’s reputation for academic and industry excellence.
These achievements further reinforce Taylor’s position as a leading private university in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, particularly in Hospitality & Leisure Management, Data Science & AI, and Marketing.
