A Historic Step Towards Joint Research, Education, and Knowledge Transfer in Hydrogen Technology

Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, ThinkTank-H2 e.V., and R. Nickel Management Consulting GmbH have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote innovation and collaboration in hydrogen technology. The online signing ceremony, conducted throughout the holiday season, initiated a joint endeavour focused on enhancing education, professional development, and research in hydrogen technology.

Raimund Nickel, CEO of R. Nickel Management Consulting GmbH, conveyed his delight for the agreement, asserting, "This MOU signifies a significant advancement in fostering a robust relationship between our institutions." This reflects our collective dedication to advancing hydrogen technology via research, education, and knowledge dissemination.

 

Gerhard Keller, COO of R. Nickel Management Consulting GmbH, echoed Nickel's sentiments, emphasizing the significance of these relationships in influencing the future of sustainable energy solutions.

 

Christian Heiselbetz, Chairman of the Board at ThinkTank-H2 e.V., and Lutz Bungeroth, Vice Chairman, expressed their enthusiasm for collaboration with Taylor's University, highlighting ThinkTank-H2 e.V.'s capacity to facilitate access to an extensive network of industry partners and innovators in advanced mobility and propulsion technologies.

 

Prof. David Asirvatham, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Innovation and Technology at Taylor's University, expressed optimism on the signing, asserting, "We harbor significant hopes and expectations for this collaboration." We anticipate substantial actions and advancements in our collaborative efforts during the initial six months following the signing.

 

The MOU delineates a thorough framework for partnership, encompassing objectives such as the combined development of specialized modules or courses in hydrogen technology, faculty exchanges, scholarship initiatives, internship possibilities, and the hosting of industry forums and conferences.

 

Upon the conclusion of the signing ceremony, attendees offered cordial greetings for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, anticipating a prosperous collaboration in the forthcoming months.
