KitaPlace is a thrifting festival where students get to set up their own booth with their preloved clothing for a chance to be reloved by others again.
Immerse yourself in the vibrant thrifting marketplace and find the special thrifted piece meant for you – saving your wallets and the earth! Calling it a thrifting festival is an understatement: we have fun thrifts, preloved treasures, crafty upcycling workshops, Studio on the GO!, street interviews, and more. Come by and say hi!

What’s more? Make your own very special upcycled bento bag from discarded tees in our walk-in workshops. Unleash the inner diva within you and show off your thrifted fits at our Studio on the GO! booth. Catch one of our street interviewers as they style you with their thrift finds!

KitaPlace aims to provide students the platform to take your first step into entrepreneurship - operating your own booth. From picking out what to sell, pricing, negotiating, marketing, finances -- this wraps up a holistic entrepreneurship starter experience for you.
While at it, you get to declutter your overflowing closets and learn about the seamless wonders of fashion circularity. Catch the early bird price at RM40 before it runs out (yes, limited slots). Don’t have a rack? Worry not. We provide rack rentals too!
