The Centre for Research and Innovation in Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies (CRiT) actively facilitates multidisciplinary projects that combine the wide scope of social science with hospitality, tourism and culinary arts.

At our institution, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing our global reputation for quality learning, research, and knowledge transfer. By doing so, we create extensive opportunities for international research partnerships and increase our capacity to secure research funding. These efforts attract exceptional minds for learning, research, and the development of commercial activities, resulting in a rich body of knowledge that advances the hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts industries.
