MASTER OF LAWS

KPT/JPS (R2/380/7/0012) (MQA/FA0548) 02/27

This Master of Laws programme is designed for graduates seeking to develop in-depth knowledge of a particular legal area, or to advance their professional expertise in a current area of practice. Graduates will gain advanced professional skills and profound understanding of legal developments, practice, and scholarship relating to International Business and Trade, Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, E-Commerce, International Corporate Governance and Corporate Crime, ASEAN Law and Policy, and Current Controversies in Contempt of Court. This Master of Laws provides graduates with a broad learning experience in equipping students to develop knowledge and skills in relation to the ‘bespoke’ areas of law that graduates can frame their study by selecting specialist elective modules that interest them. Students will also be able to experience the integration of practical assessment such as negotiation, report writing, drafting policy, case study, and many others. By completing this programme, graduates will be ready to meet the challenges in approaching current legal problems in the era of the digitalised fourth industrial revolution.
