Dr Mindy Tay Pei Lin

Dr Mindy has taught teachers since 2015, with a PhD in Education and a focus on mathematics education and reflective practice. Her work with refugee learning centres and out-of-school children helps students teach with compassion.

Dr Tan Shin Yen

Dr Tan holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on English education and classroom discourse. She trains educators in VR and AI classrooms, and has worked on curriculum and materials development for impact communities. Her areas of work also include teacher as researcher, instructional technology, and reflective learning.

Hema Letchamanan

Ms Hema’s work focuses on educational equity, literacy and access to quality education for underserved communities. She holds a master’s in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford and is the founder of Projek BacaBaca and The Night School Project. Her work connects research, teacher development and community-based educational initiatives.

Jasmine Jain

Dr Jasmine researches science literacy and the Nature of Science, drawing on a PhD in Education and MQA assessor work on programme accreditation. She supervises postgraduate research with an emphasis on methodological rigour and integrity.
